"Lost in details"

“I don’t know what you mean by ‘glory,’” Alice said.
Humpty Dumpty smiled contemptuously. “Of course you don’t – till I tell you. I meant ‘there’s a nice knock-down argument for you!’”
“But ‘glory’ doesn’t mean ‘a nice knock-down argument,’” Alice objected.
“When I use a word,” Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, “ it means just what I choose it to mean – neither more nor less.”
“The question is,” said Alice, “whether you can make words mean so many different things.”
“The question is,” said Humpty Dumpty, “which is to be master – that’s all.”
Lewis Carroll “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland • Through the Looking-Glass”

“This is visceral dance theatre at its best. Inspired by Alice in Wonderland, Borys’s piece is steeped in Lewis Carroll but it is not a literal retelling of the story (…) There is no ‘happy ending’. This is a dancer and choreographer who will devastate you with the uncompromising force of her vision.” — Stephanie Green, theskinny.co.uk (*****)

“(…) with realized physicality and a poetic use of space, she communicates the wonderful, whimsical confusion of mythical Wonderland. At all times she maintains absolute control over her body, (…) she is a sight to behold.” — Lynne Marie Martens, broadwaybaby.com
